The Adopted Regulations Index provides a list of existing rules and/or regulations that departments are required to administer. These requirements address various matters of public interest such as health, safety and environmental effects. These documents are provided in an effort to promote a transparent and open process to all interested parties with regard to regulatory reform.
The MCEHC is adopted under authority vested in the Maricopa County Board of Health and the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors pursuant to the Arizona Revised Statues § 36-136, 36-183.02, 36-601, 36-184.B4, 36-187.C, 11-251 paragraphs 17 and 31, 49-106, and 49-107. The provisions of this Code are applicable to the unincorporated areas lying within the boundaries of Maricopa County, and the incorporated areas lying within the boundaries of Maricopa County, and the incorporated cities and towns whose governing bodies specifically request the services of the Maricopa County Environmental Services Department
This Regulation ensures that the County is compliant with its Arizona Pollutant Discharge and Elimination System (AZPDES) permit requirements by establishing methods for controlling the introduction of pollutants into the County's municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4).
This ordinance shall establish the fees referenced in Exhibit B-Fees of the Maricopa County Ordinance Establishing Licensing Time Frames in Compliance with A.R.S 11-1601 through A.R.S. 11-1610, No. P-30.
The purpose of this ordinance is to establish time frames for Administrative Completeness Review and Substantive Review for all licenses issued by regulatory departments and agencies of Maricopa County in compliance with A.R.S. 11-1601 through A.R.S. 11-1605.
