MCDOT is conducting a planning study of Forest Road between McDowell Mountain Road and Rio Verde Drive. The purpose of the study is to identify existing and future conditions, evaluate potential capacity and active transportation solutions, and look at alternative access into/out of Rio Verde from the east side.
MCDOT is conducting a planning study of Riggs Road from Old Price Road to Arizona Avenue. The purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize Active Transportation needs along the corridor and evaluate existing pedestrian facilities for compliance with the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design (2010 Standards).
