The Environmental Services Department cares about the health of our customers, employees and the community. We are encouraging customers to conduct their business online. A drop box - located outside of our office at 501 N. 44th Street, Suite 200 - is available for paper plans. You can also submit an application electronically to our Department by following the steps outlined on our Permits, Forms, and Applications page.
