Pfizer (ages 3+), Pfizer Bivalent Booster (5+), Moderna (ages 3+), Moderna Bivalent Booster (ages 6+), Flu Vaccines (ages 3+)
  • No registration necessary
  • Parent/Guardian must accompany minor if being vaccinated for consent
  • Booster doses are available
  • Call 602-506-6767 or for Spanish-Speaking call 2-1-1 Ext: 271 for assistance
  • Children under the age of 3 are not eligible to be vaccinated at this event

Pfizer Bivalent Booster (ages 12+) and Moderna Bivalent Booster (ages 18+) are administered at least two months after completion of the primary series or two months after the last Monovalent Booster. 

Limited FREE Flu Vaccine will be available

Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, and TdAP Vaccines will be available at no cost for the Uninsured.
