The days surrounding the July 4th holiday are some of the busiest for our shelters. In fact, last year we took in 635 stray animals during the first seven days of July! While we hope to see fewer strays this year, we are preparing for the worst. With our shelters currently at capacity, we will be offering WAIVED adoptions July 1st and 2nd for any dog or cat over six months of age.
All pets adopted from our shelters will be spayed/neutered prior to going home. If the pet you wish to adopt is not altered, he/she will need to stay an extra day or two for surgery. All pets are vaccinated and dogs over three months of age also receive their rabies vaccination and County license tag.
We will be open from 11am to 5pm both days of the special!
