PHOENIX (April 24, 2018) – Maricopa County Air Quality Department (MCAQD) is administering the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Diesel Emission Reduction Act (DERA) State Clean Diesel Program grant, which is designed to improve air quality by eliminating diesel emissions.
