BerryDunn, the consulting firm hired by Maricopa County to review Election Day processes and related issues, has released its capstone report. The purpose of BerryDunn's work was threefold: to ensure that the Recorder's Office is implementing the recommendations made by the Internal Audit Department in their Interim Report; to identify additional issues that impacted voters in the 2018 Primary Election; and, to offer recommendations that could lead to a better voter experience in November and future elections. The findings in the BerryDunn report were shared with the Recorder's Office in real-time over the past several weeks to allow sufficient time for recommendations to be incorporated into the overall Election plan.
