Erick is the Director of Customer Engagement and Workspace, leading the Office of Enterprise Technology’s (OET) Desktop, Customer Service Center and Service Management division. With over 22 years in IT Operations and Delivery, Program and Transition Management, Erick is an ITIL certified technology leader that drives continuous improvement, exceptional results and performance. Erick has managed global IT operations in large scale infrastructure environments with an emphasis on innovative solutions, business value and exemplary delivery. His diverse background includes working in consulting, financial, logistics and healthcare sectors. He holds a BS Computer Science from Arizona State University along with a Masters in Business Administration and is HDI, Six Sigma, ITIL and MCP certified.
