Biography
James Rich was elected Desert Ridge Constable in 2016 after working for a valley police department for eleven years. Constable Rich is an Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training (AZPOST) certified peace officer and a member of the Arizona Constables Association. James supervises the Maricopa County Justice Courts Warrant Program and was a participant in the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission's Order of Protection improvement study.
Constable Rich serves the north Phoenix, north Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, and New River areas. He is married and has two children.
