Eve Del Real, Assistant Director of the Early Education Division (EED), holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Administration, is a Program for Infants and Toddlers Certification (PITC) trainer, and possesses over 20 years of experience working with underserved populations and in early childhood education in various capacities including Head Start, Early Head Start, Adult Education, Early Intervention, and Training and Technical Assistance. Eve has been recognized numerous times by elected officials for the work she has done to improve the lives of children and communities, which included acknowledgment by the California State Assembly as Woman of Action for 2010. In 2014, Eve led the implementation of the Early Head Start Child Care Partnership which garnered national recognition. She is an advocate for early education and social programs that support high-quality services for all children and families. Eve joined the Maricopa County Human Services Department Early Head Start program in August 2014 as the Community Child Care Manager and in 2018 serves as the Assistant Director of the EED.
